Delivery charges (UK mainland)

- Delivery to Northern Ireland and British Islands may incur an additional charge where Royal Mail cannot be used. If it is necessary to use a courier the carriage charge will be quoted, dependant on the size and weight of order, and any additional charge when agreed will be made to your card at the time of dispatch.
- For London addresses deliveries can be made by bike or van by prior arrangement. Prices will be quoted and when agreed any additional charge will be made to your card at the time of dispatch.
- All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by 1st class post).
- Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
- We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
- Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order.
- Delivery will be between the hours of 7am and 6pm; we are unable to confirm a time.
Students
We offer a 10% discount for students but you must supply the following when placing the order
- Student card number
- College
- Course
- Tutor
- Current course year
When confirmed your card will be refunded 10% of the order value (excluding delivery) when your order is dispatched
EC delivery charges
- We cannot ship flammable goods to Europe, these goods are marked with **(insert logo)**
- Delivery charges will not be charged when you place your order, you will be contacted by email with the cost of shipping, when agreed the delivery cost will be charged separately. A delivery cost indication is available via the following link ……….
- If you have a valid VAT number please supply this and your VAT will be refunded when the goods are shipped.
Outside EC delivery charges

Force Majeure
4D modelshop Ltd shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Returns
- If you need to return a product purchased from 4D modelshop Ltd then you have 28 working days to do so. The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us.
- The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.
- If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 10 working days.
- Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.
