Ordering via the website for account holders
Once your credit account has been set up you can apply to order via the website.
Email andy@feron.co.uk with your alpha-numeric account reference, your name, postal address (where you'd like the goods sent) and the email you'd like on the account stating that your would like a website account set up.
Andy will reply giving you a password.
Management of this facility is in your control, so please only issue the details to those authorised to place orders. Purchase orders numbers and deadline information can be included in the order.
Please note that acceptance of the order via the website does not guarentee stock availability or the account's current positive credit status.
Terms & Conditions:
- Goods are supplied to account customers only. If you would like an account please request an application form, goods may be supplied on a prepayment basis until the account is opened.
- Orders may be telephoned, faxed or e-mailed; an order reference is helpful. We aim to supply as quickly as possible for you to make your job deadline. The greater lead time we are given, the more likely we are to be able to satisfy your requirements. In any event we will do our utmost to ensure you get your order in good time.
- Goods are dispatched by special delivery post, courier or bike/car (London addresses) and UPS for overseas parcels and are charged at cost plus handling and packaging. All orders are packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition complete with a delivery note.
- Invoices are produced weekly and are payable in 30 days.
- Prices are printed exclusive of VAT and are subject to discounts based on the number of each item ordered. VAT is added to the final value.
- Custom jobs are priced per job, some guidelines are given with this listing

Account applications can be from sole traders/Companies and are subject to HSBC conditions and credit searches. To become an account customer, pick up an application form from a member of staff or download one from our website. Your application will take 24 hours to process.
