Delivery Schedule
Goods will be sent by Royal Mail or courier depending on the size and weight of the parcel. Timed deliveries can be arranged but will incur an additional cost.
Flammable items (in aerosols) are not permitted to be sent by Royal Mail.
London addresses: Deliveries can be made by bike or van by prior arrangement. Prices vary with postal district.
Northern Ireland and British islands: Where Royal Mail can be used they will be if it is necessary to use a courier the carriage charge will be quoted dependant on the size and weight of order.
Outside UK: it is not possible to transport flammable items and aerosols overseas. For all other items carriage will be charged at cost plus a small handling charge. A quote for carriage will be given before dispatch; the cost is determined by the weight and size of the order.
Please note we cannot be responsible for late deliveries due to adverse weather conditions.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock we will hold a back order for you.
If you have provided an email address and/or a telephone number you will always be contacted with the option of cancelling your order if you would rather not wait.
To Order Items
Unfortunately we cannot return to order items unless they are proved to be damaged or faulty upon receipt.
Product Availability & Pricing
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, 4D modelshop shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product(s) listed at the incorrect price. 4D modelshop shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, 4D modelshop shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Prices stated include VAT at the current rate.

Our software uses 128 bit Encryption for the transfer of credit card details.
Encryption occurs on your PC and decryption only occurs on our PC. At no stage is the transaction decrypted whilst it travels over the Internet. You can usually check

We guarantee your satisfaction.
If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase return it to us in "AS NEW" condition within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. We will not reimburse shipping costs unless the item is being returned because of an error on our behalf or the item sent is faulty.
Please open the packaging of your item carefully before checking it. The condition of packaging is in most cases as important as the condition of the item itself.
